WH/Heer Affe Tornister 34 (WH/Heer Backpack M1934 with fur flap)

This backpack was introduced on 1 November 1934. The cowhide was to protect against rain. The Affe is complete with leather carrying straps, protective mess kit pouch and short leather strap (Koppelhaken für Tornister). The Affe is nicely maker marked ?? Munchen and dated 1919, the leather carrying straps are maker marked and dated 1940 The black ink marking inside .P.A.S. 1938 The backpack shows clear traces of usage and age but is in overall good and complete condition, see photos.
