Spain - Cuchillo Bayoneta Modelo 1893

The M1893 hilt mirrored the M1890 Trials bayonet, eliminating the M1892/93's humpback hilt and pronounced pommel beak. The year of production was included with the maker mark through 1906, after which it was discontinued. The scabbard is leather with steel mounts. Spanish scabbards are constructed of two thin pieces of leather bonded together, ricasso marked Artilleria Fa de Toledo 1899
