France - French Commemorative Medal / Med. Commémorative Française

This medal is awarded to civil and military persons for their participation in missions outside

French national territory, as of 1 March 1991.

The French Ministry decides what are the operational theaters, the periods of time, and duration of stay giving right to get this medal. The duration of stay does not apply to wounded people.
