Mitglied Aufschlagnadel (DRKB Members 2nd pattern lapel pin) marked 2

The obverse of the pin is an approximately 17mm by 14mm shield with an enameled Kyffhäuserbund emblem featuring a black silhouette of the Kyffhäuser monument on a white background field above a red base field with a small white circular field and black canted swastika. The solid reverse has its soldered 50mm vertical rifled stick pin intact and is well marked with embossed 2 and "Ges. Gesch.", indicating, Gesetzlich Geschützt, (Protected by Law).
