Erinnerungsband Jagd Geschwader Molders ( Cuff title Molders Squadron)

Roughly 40mm tall, 37cm long, EM/NCO's pattern, deep navy blue, woven wool construction cufftitle with machine embroidered, Gothic styled script, "Geschwader Molders", in silvery/grey cotton threads. The cufftitle has the typical opened back construction with the top and bottom edges folded over and machine stitched to the reverse. The reverse of the embroidery has a loosely woven, protective, fabric backing. The cufftitle is in overall excellent, unissued, condition

Jagdgeschwader 51 (JG 51) was a German fighter wing during World War II. JG 51's pilots won more awards than any other fighter wing of the Luftwaffe, and operated in all major theatres of war. Its members included Anton Hafner, Heinz Bär, Karl-Gottfried Nordmann, and Günther Schack.
