The 'Deutsches Feld-Ehrenzeichen' was produced during the Weimar period and was a semi-official award. This award could be bought by veterans of the Frist World War. Its awarding and wear was banned in November 1935. The badge is in very good condition with nice gilding and white enamel. It has a 2 rivet construction, the center medallion depicts a fully equipped WWI 'Landser'.
