In 1923, SP Women began to be integrated into Aisyiyah's affairs. Subsequent developments, namely in 1924, SP Wanita has been able to establish Bustanul Athfal, which is a movement to foster boys and girls aged 4-5 years. The main lesson given is the basics of Islam in children. SP Wanita also published Javanese songbooks with the name Praise Students Praja. In 1926, SP Wanita activities had reached branches outside Yogyakarta.
In 1929, the 18th Muhammadiyah Congress decided that all branches of Muhammadiyah were required to establish SP Women as Aisyiyah Student Affairs. In 1931 at the 20th Muhammadiyah Congress in Yogyakarta it was decided that all the names of the Muhammadiyah movements should use Arabic or Indonesian, because many Muham-madiyah branches outside Java had already been established (at that time Muhammadiyah had branches of approximately 400 ) With this decision, the name of the Praja Wanita Students was changed to Nasyi'atul Aisyiyah (NA) who was still under the coordination of Aisyiyah.
In 1935 NA carried out activities that were increasingly aggressive according to size at that time. They held Friday prayers together, held tablighs to various regions, and administration courses. These activities are activities that are not normally carried out by women at that time.
At the 26th Muhammadiyah Congress in 1938 in Yogyakarta it was decided that the Rice Symbol would become a symbol of NA, which at the same time set the song for the Rice Symbol as Mars NA. NA's development grew more rapidly in 1939 with the holding of Taman Aisyiyah which accommodated NA's potential, interests and talents to develop. In addition, Taman Aisyiyah also collected songs composed by Muhammadiyah composers and recorded with the name Kumandang Nasyi'ah.
