The German army used a wide variety of optical enhancement items with the 6 x 30 power binoculars being the standard issue optics utilized by all branches of service. This bakelite case is intended for storage of the standard 6 x 30 binoculars. The bakelite is in good condition and there are some markings on the bakelite. The case comes without the leather carrying strap as usual. The case can be carried on the belt.
