Since 1995, the Battery is like the Para-Commando brigade attached to the Multinational Division (MNDC). From January 29 to February 9, 1993 the battery participated in operation "SUNNY WINTER" in BRAZZAVILLE (Congo), with the 3rd Para Battalion and ATk Company, to protect the evacuation of expatriates from ZAIRE. In 1993 the Battery participated in the UNOSOM mission in SOMALIA with the 2nd Commando Battalion under the blue beret in the service of the UN. In April 1994, within the Para-Commando Brigade the Battery participated in the "SILVER BACK" mission in RWANDA, to ensure the withdrawal of the 2nd Commando Battalion on a UNAMIR mission and the evacuation of foreigners. In May 1997, the Battery participated in the "GREEN STREAM" operation in BRAZZAVILLE in CONGO, as the 4th Company of the 2nd Commando Battalion. Since 1998, the Battery has been equipped with 105 LG1 MKII (GIAT). However, it keeps three US "HOWITZER 105s" to be able to fire salutes of honor during events affecting the royal family (weddings, births, deaths, King's oath of office, etc.).
