The 'Deutsches Frauenwerk' was a German Women's-welfare-organization, later it formed together with the 'Deutscher Frauenorden' (German Women's-order) a single national organization: The 'Nat.Soz.Frauenschaft' (National Socialist Women's-organization). This is the larger version of the badge. The document was awarded to 'Frau Maria Berling' who had completed the final examination on 30 September 1943. She had been appointed 'Meisterhausfrau'. The document is dated 18 October 1943 and is Signed by Hauptabteilungsleiterin 'Martha Else Vorwerck' (facsimile?) and the 'Gauabteilungsleiterin'.
