This is an August 1936 Nazi tinnie from Detmold for a NSKOV (Nationalsozialistische Kriegsopferversorgung) rally. NSKOV was largely a veteran’s aid organization known as the National Socialist War Victim's Care. The tinnie shows a figure with a raised sword atop the dome of a building.
