Pistolentaschen P08 Reichsheer (Reichsheer P08 Luger pistol holster)

When issued the P08 came with a specific holster to be worn on the left side of the load carrying waist belt. The blackened leather construction hard-shell holster has two belt-loops on the back, the belt-loops have been (in my opinion period) repaired/replaced, see photos. The interior of the top flap has a small, leather pocket with a steel stud closure for the quick loading tool.
