collar-tabs are nicely hand-embroiderd on a dark-green woolen background. The collar-tabs are having buckram backing material. Nice original collar-tab set in good used condition!
The different branches of service within the German army were allocated a particular identifying 'Waffenfarbe' (branch of service) color which was generally displayed on the collar tabs. These collar-tabs are having the white branch-colour as intended for an officer within an Infantery unit.
