DDR - NVA AK47 Training Rifle (Übungsgewehr Modell 4.853)

East German bayonet training rifle, believed to have been designated the M85, resembles the AK47 rifle (East German MPiK). Comes with a spring loaded bayonet with bulbous rubber tip and grooved grips. The ¨bayonet¨can be removed from the rifle for hand to hand training. Note that the rifle does not have pistol grip since the right hand did not grasp the pistol grip during bayonet use.
