France - Passant trapezoidal M40 (France M40 Triangle piece for belt/combat straps)

This triangle is to be used with the 35 equipment. It was done to support the side bag on one side and the canteen on the otherside. They were attached from the loop under the cartridges pouch to the loop of the triangle which was on the back of the soldier on the belt
