The Feldfernsprecher 33, (Field Telephone 33), was the standard issue field telephone used by the German military during WWII. The induction magneto F33 telephone was powered by a 1.5 volt dry cell battery. 11cm tall, 5.5cm square, molded brown bakelite construction, 1.5 volt dry cell battery for the F33 field telephone. Label to the front of the battery includes a large printed national eagle, model designation, "ELL nach DIN VDE 1210 VDE 0807 X 39", script, "Behörden-Ausführung und Eigentum", (Government-Execution and Property) followed by an faded inkstamped waffen-amt mark. Script to the additional labels includes, shipping, storage and operation instructions, label manufacturers name and address missing
