Empty brown coloured leather pouch, the pouch would have contained various medical items for first aid after an possible gas attack. The pouch could be worn on the load carrying waist belt. The pouch is nicely maker marked by the company of 'Oscar Mielentz' from Lübeck and dated 1940.
